  5. Now add the corriander and then sardines as a layer on top of the sauce,gently and evenly in the pot..then cover and simmer for about 3 mins and untill sardines just cook not overcook
  6. After the sauce is simmered and reduced a bit more,gently layer the pieces of sardines ovzr the sauce trying not to break them,then cover pot and simmer about 3 mins.try not to overcook the sardines as they cook very qwik.bismillah enjoy with rice or your favourate meal
