Steps to make Tahini Dressing:
- Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice and salt. Whisk in the maple syrup, to taste. Then whisk in the water, 1 tbsp at a time, until it reaches the consistency you like. Keep in mind that once stored, it will thicken up a bit.
- That's it! You can use it right away or store it in an airtight jar or container. If you're going to use it within a few days, you can leave it out. Otherwise refrigerate it.
