- Add the tahini sauce, youghart and olive oil and mix all the ingredients
- Garnish it with pomegranate and wallnuts
The Baba Ganoush we prepared in our cooking session at Petra Kitchen even included chopped green capsicums. This of course is the Jordanian way!
