- Now add the chopped mint and blend until smooth. Add the remaining hummus to another small dish and garnish with some mint leaves.
- Serve with some warm toasted flatbreads or pitta for dipping.

Truth be told, I think that you might even like using your hummus as a marinade BETTER than using it as a dip.
