  3. Then add the chopped coriander. Mix well. Once combined take out another small dish full and garnish with some coriander leaves.
  4. Now add the chopped mint and blend until smooth. Add the remaining hummus to another small dish and garnish with some mint leaves.
  5. Serve with some warm toasted flatbreads or pitta for dipping.
