- Dry up salmon using kitchen towel.
- Mix all ingredients to form a marinade, let the salmon "swim" in it.

- Pre-heat oil. Take out salmon from the fridges, unwrap it. Then pour out garlic from the marinade to pan.
- Put in salmon, skin side down. Cook for 2 minutes. Then pour out the rest of the ingredients. Let it cook around 1-2 minutes, until the salmon color changes halfway up.
- Flip salmon, so now the skin side is up. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Then cook also the sides, for 30 seconds each.
- Turn of the heat, let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve and meal is ready.
