- Once the pork belly is done, pat dry and cut into pieces.
- In a large pan, add oil and then pork belly, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pork belly until it's brown and cripsy on the skin.
- Add the seasoning sauce and mix it well. Let it cook until the sauce gets thicken.
- Garnish with spring onion on top and serve with rice.
