- Heat the oil in a large pan/pot & add the sliced onions and only half the amount of sliced peppers. Cook on high heat stirring until the colour starts to change, add more oil if required.
- Add 2 teaspoon of TURMERIC /haldi powder and 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder OR to taste depending on the amount of chilli hotness you prefer. Stir on high flame for around 3 minutes. Turn flame to low and cook for around another 5/10 minutes.
- Add optional chilli flakes, add the drained king prawns and the salt. Turn flame to medium & stir the contents. Cook until the king prawns release the excess water, turn flame to low if required, should take around 10/15 minutes.
- Add optional green chillies and the remaining sliced peppers (keep a few for optional garnish). Stir and cook on low for around 5 minutes.
- Add the the fresh chopped coriander. Add the cooked hot rice in small amounts & carefully stir it in.
