The ingredients needed to make Crab Masala:
  1. Prepare Crab – 4 medium size cleaned
  2. Get 1 tsp Fennel Seeds –
  3. Prepare Onion – 1 large chopped finely
  4. Take Green Chilli – 2 slit

  6. Prepare Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblspn
  7. Prepare Coriander Powder – 1 tblspn

  11. Prepare 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder –
  12. Take to taste Salt
  13. Make ready 4 tbls Oil
  14. Make ready Water – 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Instructions to make Crab Masala:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, crackle in cumin and fennel seeds. - - Add in onions, green chilli and curry leaves and saute this till golden brown.
  2. Add in ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min. - Add in tomato and cook till mushy.
  3. Add the spice powders and salt along with water and mix well. Cook that for 5 to 8.
  4. Add crab and stir well in the gravy. Add the remaining water and cook covered for 5 to 6 mins. Or until the gravy thickens/ dry. Garnish with coriander leaves.
