Steps to make Prawn Sambal:
  1. Add oil in a wok/pan. Add onion. Fry until it turn glassy. Add garlic ginger paste. Cook until oil breaks. Add dry chilli paste. Cook until oil breaks.
  2. Add prawns. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, sugar tomato and fried potato. Stir and mix well. Cook until the gravy thickens (5 to 15min)
  3. This dish can be served with rice.
