- Prepare 2 servings Freshly Cooked Short Grain Rice
- Take 1 Spring Onion *finely chopped
- Prepare Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
- Prepare <Sauce>
- Make ready 1/2 cup Water
- Take 1/4 teaspoon Dashi Powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Prepare 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Prepare 1 tablespoon Mirin
