  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon Potato Starch / Corn Starch Flour

  7. Get 1-2 tablespoons Cold Water
  8. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
  9. Take Oil for frying
  10. Prepare 2 servings Freshly Cooked Short Grain Rice
  11. Take 1 Spring Onion *finely chopped
  12. Prepare Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
  13. Prepare <Sauce>
  14. Make ready 1/2 cup Water
  15. Take 1/4 teaspoon Dashi Powder
  16. Prepare 1 teaspoon Sugar
  17. Prepare 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  18. Prepare 1 tablespoon Mirin
