- Let it cool. Drain the spinach and blend it.
- Mix salt, cumin powder, red chilly powder in the flour. Knead it with the blended spinach.
- Take a small ball of dough. Roll it, and cook it on a hot pan.
There are two flips in total. After cooking the chapathis, it is best to eat them right away, or else just keep them closed in a thermal container. Stir together flours to mix evenly, add margarine and warm water then knead to form a smooth, elastic dough. In a large bowl, stir together the flours and salt. Use a wooden spoon to stir in the olive oil and enough water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky.
