  3. Top it up with your favorite muesli/cereals and ground peanuts. Ready to go.

Transfer the mango puree and coconut milk to a small bowl. Stir in the chia seeds until well combined. Stir the diced mango in now, or set it aside until you're ready to serve, if you want to top the chia pudding with it. When you are ready to eat the chia pudding, thaw the mangoes by immersing them in very warm water (the water should not be burning hot). Ten minutes was long enough to thaw the mangoes for me.
