Serve with fine slices of fresh chilli and top with coriander. Once the salmon is chopped into chunks, add it to the wok on medium high heat with a little oil. Remove salmon from the wok once cooked and put to the side on a plate whilst you cook the veges. Do be gentle with the salmon as its quite delicate.

Instructions to make Salmon stir fry:
  1. Cut up the veg, use the amount of each veg, to your liking.
  2. Add a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan and heat it up, whilst heating add some herbs, I use Thyme, Oregano and dill.
  3. Add all the veg and the salmon, fry for about a minute and add add the noodles.
  4. Fry for a further 4 minutes, stiring to make sure it doesn't burn, then serve.

Remove salmon from the wok once cooked and put to the side on a plate whilst you cook the veges. Do be gentle with the salmon as its quite delicate. Pan-fry salmon, starting with the skin first (if your salmon has skin). Once it's cooked, remove salmon from pan and cook the marinade. Wait until the marinade becomes thick.
