Aside- Silken or soft tofu is preferred, but not firm/hard tofu. Finely chop the Chinese chives and then transfer to a small bowl. Crack an egg into it and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  1. Cut tofu into stripes then fry it then set aside
  2. Saute onion then the chives yellow pepper.Stir fry then season with black pepper and salt.Then combined with the fried tofu.Stir well until properly combined

Crack an egg into it and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip it into the egg and Chinese chive mixture.
