- Put flour in a clean basin,add salt and coconut powder then mix well, add warm water as you knead
- Add oil knead well till it's no longer sticky then let the dough rest for about 30 minutes
- Put the dough on the surface where you'll roll it I applied oil on the surface, roll the dough,apply oil then cut the dough and start rolling it
- Pick the rolled dough and spread on a dusted surface into round shapes,place the chapati on the pan and press,add oil and it will start fuming up see..
- Flip and add oil on the other side let it cook till well browned, continue with this process till all the chapatis are done and store in a hot pot for them to be warm and stay soft
- Serve warm with your favourite stew and enjoy
