- If it is not properly blended add more curd and blend again give more times to blending process,Now put blended beetroot puree to the mixing bowl above the whisk curd add black pepper powder give it a well mix. spread olive oil and mix.
- Yummy healthy beetroot dip is ready for serving. It is best with paratha or fried recipes.
