- Soak cashews overnight in the water.Next day drain the water and wash cashews properly.
- Discard the seeds from Jalapeno and cut it into small pieces. In a mixi jar,add cashews,garlic,lemon juice and salt.Grind it properly,add 3 to 4 tbsp of water while grinding,dip.
- Keep on grinding till the dip gets creamy consistency. Add chopped jalapeno in the mixi,. Give it one churn.Jalapeno will remain little chunky. Dip is ready.
