- Firstly soak chickpeas overnight,
- Cook chickpeas in a cooker by getting 3 whistles, slightly over cooking gives it a nice creamy texture.
- Now in a mixer jar add boiled chickpeas, salt, garlic cloves, olive oil about 4-5 tbsp,lemon juice,oregano, hung curd,chilli flakes(paprika) optional,and add 3-4tbsp water grind to a coarse paste
- Take out in a serving dish, sprinkle some paprika/chilli flakes, a swirl of proper amount of olive oil about 4-5 tbsp, garnish with some chopped parsley/coriander leaves.. And its done..
