The ingredients needed to make Kormos with tahini:
  1. Take 1 packet petit beurre biscuits
  2. Prepare 1 small jar tahini (plain, without honey)
  3. Make ready 5 tbsp sugar
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp vanilla
  6. Get 2 full tbsp margarine
  7. Prepare 10 tbsp water
  8. Take half a bar couverture chocolate grated into the mixture as well as for the "dressing" of the trunk. Alternatively, chocolate sprinkles (optionally).

In another bowl add the tahini, the honey, and mix until the mixture thickens. Add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the pistachios, the cranberries, and mix. Cut the halva into small cubes and add it to the bowl.

  5. Place in the freezer for half an hour and then into the fridge.
