Add water if required and continue kneading until you have a smooth dough.

- In a separate bowl Dissolve sugar and salt with little water like 2tbs then pour into the flour and make a dough
- Cover the dough for 30 minutes using a aluminium foil or cling film
- After the 30 minutes are over make small round balls and using a rolling pin roll a the balls into medium sized circles and place them in a hot pan
- And use the remaining cooking oil to cook them till brown

Form your dough into a ball shape and roll it out. Spread some ghee on top and roll into a log. Some grated (raw) and boiled pumpkin cubes (boiled until its very soft) Method.
