Steps to make Taro do pyaja:
- First wash and peel of the taro.then deep fry it
- Now in another pan put some oil and add cumin seeds
- Roast them then add sliced onions+green Chilli+ginger+garlic
- Make them brown
- Now add all the spices quickly and at very low flame stirring onions for 6 to 7 minutes
- Now add deep fried taro and stir it for only 6 to 7 minutes to mix all the spices nicely
- Yummy and nutritious TARO is ready
