The ingredients needed to make Spicy tapioca:
  1. Take 1 kg tapioca
  2. Make ready 10-15 shallots
  3. Make ready 2 tsp crushed red chillies
  4. Take 3 tbsp coconut oil
  5. Get 2 sticks curry leaves

However, it shouldn t be overcooked. Cook tapioca with turmeric powder and salt adding enough water and drain the excess water.   1. Clean and tapioca in small pieces and cook it in cooker for 2 whistles.
  2. Then take a pan put oil,crushed shallots,chillies and curry leaves and saute till it get roasted
  3. At last mix the cooked tapioca in it and it's ready.
