  2. Now take a deep pan, put the tapioca pieces in it. Add sufficient water for it to cook.Put salt and turmeric powder.Mix and let it cook. After the tapioca cooks turn off the gas.
  3. Now heat a non stick Kadhai put oil. When hot add mustard seeds and after it splutters add the chopped green chillies,curry leaves, ginger and chopped baby onions. Add little salt if required. Sauté well for a few minutes.
  4. Then add the boiled tapioca in it and mix well. Then put grated coconut and mix again.
  5. Serve hot with a cup of tea. It’s very tasty.
