  2. Mash boiled potatoes and add spices & Tapioca.
  3. Add green Coriander Leaves and green chillies at this stage.
  4. Make Cutlets in a mould preferably to give similar shape and size. Sprinkle some soaked Tapioca in mould and add mashed potatoes so prepared.
  5. Pour oil in pan. Flame should be medium to low. Shallow Fry the cutlets till they turns golden yellow.
  6. As soon as cutlets turns golden, serve Hot with green Coriander Chutney.

Tapioca Cutlet is prepared by steaming tapioca, mashed and garnished with onion and Coriander leaves. Tossed in Bread Crumbs and deep fried. Slowly drop a few cutlets in the hot oil.
