- Take 2 cup water & 2 tbsp corn starch,
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil,
- Get 1 tsp sugar & salt to taste,
Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more. Stir in the peppers, then pour in the tomatoes, followed by a can of water, the stock cubes, chilli and oregano. Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes. - Mix corn flour with water, add in to the masala. Now add sugar, black pepper & salt, mix well.
- Give a boil, add chicken pcs, mix it well.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes, add few onion greens.
- Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl.
- Serve it with fried rice or noodles.
- All cooking is done at high flame.
