  18. Take Few onion greens, chopped finely,

  21. Make ready 1 tbsp green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, hot & sweet tomato chilli sauce,
  22. Take 2 cup water & 2 tbsp corn starch,
  23. Prepare 2 tbsp oil,
  24. Get 1 tsp sugar & salt to taste,

Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more. Stir in the peppers, then pour in the tomatoes, followed by a can of water, the stock cubes, chilli and oregano. Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes.   8. Mix all sauces, soya sauce & vinegar, stir it.
  9. Mix corn flour with water, add in to the masala. Now add sugar, black pepper & salt, mix well.
  10. Give a boil, add chicken pcs, mix it well.
  11. Cook it for 2-3 minutes, add few onion greens.
  12. Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl.
  13. Serve it with fried rice or noodles.
  14. All cooking is done at high flame.
