Mix turkey or chicken and herbs into onion and bacon, and then transfer to a shallow, baking dish. Pour cream and stock over chicken or turkey, and then cover with overlapping potato slices.

  1. Pre-heat oven time Gas mark 6 or electric equivalent (probably 180-200C, 170C Circotherm)
  2. Place the chicken pieces skin up in a roasting tin, put a little oil on the skin of each piece and fill the gaps in between with the chili, potatoes and beans. Finally, spread the ham pieces over the top.
  3. Mix together the stock, mustard, crème fraîche and garlic. Pour over the chicken and vegetables and add seasoning. Finally, gently spoon the honey over all.
  4. Cook in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle the coriander over all and serve onto hot plates.

Mix turkey or chicken and herbs into onion and bacon, and then transfer to a shallow, baking dish. Pour cream and stock over chicken or turkey, and then cover with overlapping potato slices. Season generously with salt and white pepper. Also used a cheese sauce mix, bottom layer of potatoes, chicken and mushroom mix with some cheese sauce then more potato and cheese sauce over the top. I did the Chicken Tonight version as my cheese sauce always seems to take ages to.
