  1. Put the chicken in a large pan with the stock and bring to the boil. Skim the scum from the top of the liquid.
  2. Add all the vegetables and season.
  3. Turn the heat down and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and parsley. Cook for a further 10 minutes until noodles are cooked and you are happy with the consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
