- Add ginger garlic paste, Turmeric Powder,red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, chopped Green chillies, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, oil. Mix well
- Marinate the chicken liver mix for 1 hour
- Keep the pan on stove and add marinated liver. Stir it well
- Keep the heat in medium flame and close the lid cook it for 4 minutes
- After 4 minutes. Stir it well close the lid for 5 minutes
- Make sure the water from liver evaporated and gravy should be thick. Stir it for 3 minutes to fry the chicken liver. Then serve
