Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water).

  1. Turn the oven on to fan 160C/conventional 180C/gas 4 and grease and/or line a 30cm by 20cm tin

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes. You'll know they're done by popping a skewer into the centre and it coming out clean
  8. Leave to cool fully before cutting into slices
