- Rinse your tapioca and soak over night, sieve it in the morning.

- Cover to boil for a minute, then pour in your sieved tapioca and mix all together cover your pot and and boil on low heat, use your spoon to turn/mix at interval. Then when it’s thick enough, pour in a bowl, enjoy with milk and sugar.. soooooo yummy
- Wash and peel off your beans. Soak for few hours and blend with your red pepper and onion
- Now in the beans paste add in your crayfish and a lil salt to keep it fluffy and avoid soaking in oil.
- In a pan add in some cooking oil and allow it to heat up a lil. Fry on medium heat and enjoy while it’s hot dearies🤤🤤
Add the water/sugar syrup to the mixture. Yellow layer - add the mung beans and mixture. Allow the mung beans to cool, then blend into a smooth paste with food processor.
