- Marinade beef for atleast 30 mins
- Wash drain and cut all ingridients..
- Sautee garlic till golden brown and fragrant then add mushroom followed wth the veggies..then the beef and pour in wine during high fire to eveporatw the alcohol simmer for 5 mins and put beans sprout at the end and the sesame oil(note!dont over cooked sesame oil to retain the nutty aroma)..
Heat oil in wok, or wide frying pan. Add garlic and ginger and saute over high heat. Stir fry until meat is brown. Cook for another minute and add the pak choi and spring onions. Stir fry for another minutes or so before adding the cooked noodles and sauce.
